Delete your E-hjoz account

You can delete your E-hjoz account at any time, in the app or by email. This page explains how, what is deleted and what we keep. Deleting your account cannot be undone.

1. Delete in the app

1. Open the E-hjoz app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and tap Delete account. This works the same for clients, business owners and staff.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted and you are signed out at once. Your upcoming bookings are cancelled.

2. Request by email

If you cannot use the app, write to support@ehjoz.net with the subject “Delete my account”. E-hjoz accounts are phone-number accounts, so include the phone number of the account in your email. To make sure the request comes from you, we may ask you to confirm it with a code we send to that number on WhatsApp. We will delete the account and reply within 30 days.

3. What is deleted right away

• Your account: name, phone number, email address, profile photo (including the photo file), language, and the push notification tokens of your devices.
• Your notifications, recently viewed businesses and sign-in codes.
• Your team membership (join requests; your name is removed from team lists).
• Reviews that businesses wrote about you.
• Your upcoming bookings are cancelled.
• If you own a business: it is switched off and removed from E-hjoz, its photos (and photo files) are deleted, and its upcoming bookings are cancelled.

4. What is kept, and for how long

Kept, but no longer linked to you (no name, phone number or email, and no way to link them back to you):

• Past bookings, so the business and the other person keep their booking history. Names and notes a business typed for a phone booking are removed.
• Reviews you wrote about businesses; they stay, shown as “Client”.
• Support conversations, so our support history stays complete.
• Content reports you sent, warnings on your account, and your reward points history.

Kept for a limited time, or on purpose:

• Notification delivery logs: deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Sign-in protection counters for your phone number: gone within 24 hours.
• WhatsApp delivery records keep only a masked number (for example +963*****0001).
• If you asked us to stop WhatsApp messages, your number stays on our do-not-message list so you never get them again.
• Records of what our administrators did (security log), which refer to accounts by an internal id only.

حذف حسابك في إحجز

يمكنك حذف حسابك في إحجز في أي وقت، من التطبيق أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني. توضّح هذه الصفحة طريقة الحذف، وما الذي يُحذف، وما الذي نحتفظ به. لا يمكن التراجع عن حذف الحساب.

١. الحذف من التطبيق

1. افتح تطبيق إحجز وسجّل الدخول.
2. اذهب إلى حسابي واضغط حذف الحساب. الطريقة نفسها للعملاء وأصحاب الأنشطة والموظفين.
3. أكّد الحذف. يُحذف حسابك ويتم تسجيل خروجك فورًا، وتُلغى حجوزاتك القادمة.

٢. الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا لم تتمكّن من استخدام التطبيق، راسلنا على support@ehjoz.net بعنوان «حذف حسابي». حسابات إحجز مرتبطة برقم الهاتف، لذا اذكر في رسالتك رقم هاتف الحساب. وللتأكد من أن الطلب منك، قد نطلب منك تأكيده برمز نرسله إلى ذلك الرقم عبر واتساب. سنحذف الحساب ونردّ عليك خلال ٣٠ يومًا.

٣. ما الذي يُحذف فورًا

• حسابك: الاسم، ورقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني، والصورة الشخصية (مع ملف الصورة)، واللغة، ورموز الإشعارات الخاصة بأجهزتك.
• إشعاراتك، والأنشطة التي شاهدتها مؤخرًا، ورموز تسجيل الدخول.
• عضويتك في الفرق (طلبات الانضمام، ويُزال اسمك من قوائم الفرق).
• التقييمات التي كتبتها الأنشطة عنك.
• تُلغى حجوزاتك القادمة.
• إذا كنت صاحب نشاط: يُعطَّل النشاط ويُزال من إحجز، وتُحذف صوره (مع ملفاتها)، وتُلغى حجوزاته القادمة.

٤. ما الذي نحتفظ به، ولأي مدة

نحتفظ به دون أي ربط بك (بلا اسم أو رقم هاتف أو بريد إلكتروني، ولا يمكن ربطه بك مجددًا):

• الحجوزات السابقة، ليبقى سجل الحجوزات لدى النشاط والطرف الآخر. وتُحذف الأسماء والملاحظات التي كتبها النشاط لحجز هاتفي.
• التقييمات التي كتبتها عن الأنشطة، وتظهر باسم «عميل».
• محادثات الدعم، ليبقى سجل الدعم لدينا كاملًا.
• البلاغات التي أرسلتها عن المحتوى، والتحذيرات على حسابك، وسجل نقاط المكافآت.

نحتفظ به لمدة محدودة، أو عن قصد:

• سجلات إرسال الإشعارات: تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد ٩٠ يومًا.
• عدّادات حماية تسجيل الدخول لرقم هاتفك: تزول خلال ٢٤ ساعة.
• سجلات إرسال واتساب تحتفظ برقم مخفي فقط (مثل ‎+963*****0001).
• إذا طلبت منا إيقاف رسائل واتساب، يبقى رقمك في قائمة عدم الإرسال حتى لا تصلك أبدًا.
• سجلات ما قام به المشرفون لدينا (سجل الأمان)، وهي تشير إلى الحسابات برقم داخلي فقط.
